How to do a live face swap online in your browser
Set up your camera, choose a good reference photo and start a real-time face swap without installing anything.
What you need
A computer with a webcam, a recent desktop browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari) and a stable internet connection. The AI model runs in the cloud, so you do not need a graphics card or any local software.
1. Choose a reference photo you are allowed to use
Use a clear, front-facing photo of a face you own or have permission to use. The eyes, nose and mouth should be visible, with even lighting and no sunglasses, masks or hair covering the face. Higher resolution helps, but the face matters more than the background.
2. Turn on your camera
Open the live studio and press Turn on camera. Allow camera access when the browser asks. Sit facing the camera with soft light in front of you rather than behind you, and keep your whole face inside the frame with a little space around your head.
3. Go live
Upload the reference, confirm you have the rights to use it, and press Go live. The swapped video appears beside your camera within a moment and follows your expressions and head movement.
4. Stop when you are done
Press Stop to end the session. Credits are counted by the second from the AI provider's own meter, and every unused second from your reservation is returned to your balance straight away.
If the result looks unstable
Change one thing at a time: improve the lighting on your face, move a little slower, face the camera more directly, or try a clearer reference photo. Network quality also matters — a wired connection or a strong Wi‑Fi signal reduces stutter and delay.
