Acceptable use

LiveFaceSwap.co is a creative real-time effect for your own camera. You may only use faces, outfits and images that you own or have clear permission to use, and you must not use the output to mislead anyone.

Prohibited uses

• Impersonating, deceiving, defrauding or harassing a real person, including in video calls, interviews or customer support.
• Using a real person's face without owning the image or having their informed permission. A photo being public is not permission.
• Sexual, nude or otherwise explicit content, and any non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Any depiction of a minor, or of a person who appears to be a minor.
• Bypassing identity, KYC, age, liveness or biometric verification, or any fraud control.
• Impersonating public officials or political figures, or fabricating news and public-interest events.

Tell people when video is AI-altered

When anyone could reasonably mistake the output for real footage — on a stream, a call or a recording — clearly disclose that the face or look is generated by AI.

Enforcement and reports

We may end sessions and close accounts that break these rules, without refund, and cooperate with lawful requests. To report impersonation, non-consensual use of your likeness or other abuse, email support@livefaceswap.co with enough detail for us to review it.
